Analytics in Soontra: dashboards, refresh, and plan access

What each of the five dashboards covers, how fresh the data is, what Free and paid plans unlock, and how to get answers without reading a single chart.

Soontra pulls your real performance into the same workspace as your files, projects, and posts, so checking your channels doesn't mean opening three separate apps. Connect an account once and its numbers start flowing in — no exports, no spreadsheets.

The five dashboards

  • Home — the cross-channel view: totals and trends across every connected channel on one panel.
  • Projects — your operation, not your channels: workload, status, what's on time, and what's at risk.
  • YouTube — the full channel breakdown, from retention to traffic sources.
  • Instagram — reach, growth, audience, and best posts.
  • TikTok — KPIs, standout videos, and performance signals.

X and LinkedIn have no dashboards — they're publish-only destinations. You can deliver posts to them from Soontra, but their performance lives on the platforms themselves.

How often data refreshes

Dashboards refresh roughly every 6 hours, keeping the picture current without you babysitting it. Platforms also finalize their own numbers on a delay — a couple of days for some metrics — so the freshest day or two may still shift as the platforms settle their counts.

Free vs paid access

The Free plan includes a basic 7-day window — enough for the weekly check-in. Paid plans unlock full history, so you can zoom out across longer windows and see the real arc of a channel instead of a single week's slice.

The best-time heatmap

The heatmap is a 7 days × 24 hours grid shaded by when posting has tended to perform, built from your own channels' activity. It's a posting-time guide — Soontra never auto-schedules from it. You read it, then pick the slot yourself on the content calendar.

Ask Astrono about your numbers

Every dashboard has an Ask Astrono button. Astrono reads the same numbers the page shows, so you can ask "how did last week compare?" or "which video carried the month?" and get a plain-language summary of any dashboard — grounded in your actual data, not generic advice. It's the fastest way from a chart to an answer, especially on a busy Monday.
