Understand your TikTok analytics

Read your KPI cards, find the videos worth studying in the spotlight, and follow the signals that explain what's driving performance.

The TikTok dashboard keeps a running record of your account — followers, views, likes, and how every video is trending — and distills it into three layers: headline KPIs, the videos that stand out, and the signals behind them. Soontra checks in on your account throughout the day, so change shows up as a trend, not a surprise.

Your TikTok KPIs

The top of the dashboard is a row of KPI cards — followers, views, likes, and engagement — each with a sparkline showing the metric's recent shape. The sparkline is the point: a flat number tells you where you are, the little curve tells you where you're heading. Comparisons appear only when Soontra has real readings from before both periods, so you'll never see a fake spike manufactured from a single day of data.

Spotlight: standout videos

The performance spotlight surfaces the videos that deserve your attention — not just the biggest, but the ones moving fastest right now. That includes the sleeper hit quietly climbing weeks after it posted, which is exactly the moment to lean into momentum. Treat the spotlight as your study list: these are the videos worth rewatching to figure out what they got right.

Signals: what's driving performance

Below the spotlight, signal rows connect outcomes to causes: the patterns across your content — like which video lengths and hashtags ride along with your strongest posts — that explain why the numbers moved. KPIs tell you what happened; signals suggest what to make more of. Read them as evidence for your next batch, not commandments.

Data freshness

The dashboard refreshes roughly every 6 hours, the same cadence as the rest of Soontra's analytics. You don't need to refresh anything — the picture stays current on its own through the day.
