Add subtasks
Open any project and add subtasks — a checklist of the smaller to-dos that make up the work. Each subtask has:
- Its own assignee, so every step has a clear owner.
- Its own due date, independent of the project's deadline.
- Its own completion state, checked off as it gets done.
Anything past its due date gets flagged, so an overdue step never slips by quietly while the project as a whole still looks on track.
Recurring projects
Some content repeats: a weekly upload, a monthly recap, a daily short. Instead of recreating the same project every time, set a recurrence rule on it. Soontra regenerates the project on your schedule, so the next round is already waiting on your board when it is time to start again.
Assign subtasks to teammates or Astrono
