Create projects and track status, priority, and deadlines

Kick off an idea in seconds, then manage its status, priority, due date, tags, and assignees from one toolbar as it moves through your pipeline.

A project is the home for one piece of content: its description, its to-dos, its files, and the conversation around it. Creating one takes seconds, and every detail you set — status, priority, deadline — shows up on the card so the whole team can see where things stand.

Everything you type saves on its own, with a small "Saving" then "Saved" note, so there is no save button to remember.

Create a new project

Click New Project on your board to kick off your next idea. Give it a title, then write a description — you can drop images straight into it. The new card lands in your flow's first stage, ready to move.

If you want a head start from an existing setup, duplicate a project instead of building it again from scratch.

The toolbar: status, priority, due date, tags

The toolbar at the top of every project holds its key details:

  • Status — which stage of your flow the project sits in.
  • Priority — one of Urgent, High, Medium, or Low.
  • Due date — when this piece needs to be done, which also places it on the Calendar view.
  • Tags — your workspace's shared labels, so the whole team files things the same way.

These same fields power the board's filters: narrow any flow by status, priority, tag, assignee, or due date to see exactly the slice of work you care about.

Assign teammates — or Astrono

A project can have multiple assignees, so a video with a scriptwriter and an editor shows both faces on the card.

Astrono, your AI assistant, is also a valid assignee. Assign it a project and it works the project like a teammate — because it lives in the same workspace, it can see the description, the attached files, and the comments. Learn more in Astrono in comments and projects.

Move projects through stages

As work progresses, drag the card to the next stage column — from Scripting to Filming, from Filming to Scheduling. The board updates for everyone instantly, and the project's history keeps a running feed of status changes alongside the comment thread, so anyone opening the card later can see what happened and when.

When one card is really several pieces of work, break it down with subtasks and recurring projects.
