Found a great article, reference, or example you want to keep? Paste the link into Soontra and it lands in your Drive as a tidy card — right next to your footage and scripts, not stranded in a bookmarks list in another app.
Links are first-class Drive items: they get previews, they're AI-indexed, and they can be organized and attached to projects like any file.
Save a link
Paste a link into your Drive and Soontra grabs a preview automatically: the title, a short description, and the page's thumbnail image. No filling in a title, no hunting for a cover image — one paste and done.
If the page is an article, Soontra saves a clean copy you can read in a distraction-free reader view inside the app — the same words, none of the menus, ads, or popups. If a page isn't really an article (a tool, a store page, a video site), you get the preview card instead, so you always end up with something useful.
A few things you can do with a saved link:
- Drop it at the top level of your Drive or tuck it inside a folder.
- Rename its title or description so it reads the way you want.
- Jump to the original page anytime with the Open button.
- Delete links you're done with, one at a time or several at once.
Previews are refreshable, too — if a link was saved before it had a proper preview, Soontra fills it in the first time you open it, so older links quietly catch up.
Links are indexed like files
Saved links go through the same AI indexing as your uploads, so what's on the page becomes part of what you can search. Your research isn't just stored — it's understood, alongside your videos, documents, and sheets.
Find them with search
Because links are indexed, they show up in search results next to your files. Describe what the page was about, and the link surfaces even if you never gave it a memorable name. See Search your content for how to scope and filter results.
Attach links to projects
Links attach to projects just like files do. Building a video? Save five or six sources into the project's folder, attach them, and every reference stays with the work it informed — no bouncing between a bookmarks bar and your planning board. See Attach assets to projects for the full flow.
