Out of the box, Astrono knows your content. Personalization is how it learns your taste — the brand it should sound like, the rules it should always follow, and the preferences that are yours alone. There are three layers, and each one lives in a different place.
The brand profile, learned from your website
During brand onboarding, Astrono studies your website and extracts a brand profile: your logo, colors, typography, and creative direction. You don't fill out a questionnaire — Astrono reads what you've already put into the world and works from that, so drafts and suggestions match the brand you actually have.
Edit brand details in Settings → Brand
The extracted profile isn't locked. Open Settings → Brand to review what Astrono learned and correct anything that's off — swap a color, fix the tone, update the direction as your brand evolves.
Memories: always, never, remember
Tell Astrono how you like to work, in plain words: "always write titles in sentence case," "never suggest posting on weekends," "remember that our launch is in March." It holds onto these as memories and applies them in future conversations. Memories are per user, per workspace — yours don't leak to teammates, and they don't follow you into a different workspace.
Custom instructions in Settings → Astrono
For rules that should apply to everyone, a workspace owner or admin can set custom instructions in Settings → Astrono. These are workspace-level: every member's Astrono follows them, which makes them the right home for house style, terminology, and hard rules. You can review your memories here too.
